Happy Thursday! Welcome to today post with the One Stamp At A Time Design Team. With the launch of the new Catalogues we want to say hello to the new products. Due to this this month’s theme is ‘Say Hello’. I choose the A Touch of Ink Stamp Set (155233) from the Sale-A-Bration Catalogue.
The A Touch of Ink Stamp Set (155233) is available as a free item with any orders of £90.00 made via my online store or by contacting me direct. I love this stamp set, it is an amazing set with both linear stamps as well as block image stamps to save you from colouring.
These projects where all started with the flower and leaf images. I started by stamping the images in Memento Ink (132708) onto Basic White Card (159228). Memento Ink (132708) is the ideal ink to be using with my favourite colouring tool; Stampin’ Blends. I have started sharing the colour combo to projects over on my Instagram page. I used Old Olive (154892) & Soft Sea Foam (154902) Stampin’ Blends for the leaves. For the flowers I used Petal Pink (154893) & Calypso Coral (154881).
I used Petal Pink Card (147009) as a card base. It is one of them colours that I do use often but when I do I’m constantly surprised about how much I love the results. This was embossed with my favourite Tin Tile Embossing Folder (151801). To break up the business of the background I layered some die cut stitched rectangles from the Stitched Rectangle Dies (151820) in the same Petal Pink Card (147009).
I used the Love You Always Treat Box (154285) which are normally white. This being said I have been able to use Petal Pink Ink (147108) with a Sponge Brayer (141714). I thought it’d take longer to get the depth of colour however it took seconds.
