Happy Sunday! I am back today with the Creation Station Design Team where we are sharing projects created with Sale-A-Bration products. For those who might not be aware of what Sale-A-Bration is; it’s an opportunity to earn FREE product with any orders of £45|60€. I paired the Sunshine & Rainbow Designer Series Paper [158126] with the Blossom in Bloom Stamp Set [158283].
Sunshine & Rainbows Designer Series Paper
Spread some happiness with the Sunshine & Rainbows Designer Series Paper. Paper imagery is a mix of large and small sized images and patterns including stripes, dots, swirls, clouds, suns, rainbows, and more! Use paper to create card fronts or tags. Or cut out images for paper elements and accents. The rainbows and clouds can be die cut or punched using the Brilliant Rainbow Dies or the Cloud Punch (sold separately). Pair with the Rainbow of Happiness Bundle (sold separately) to add additional patterns and rainbow-themed greetings.
Todays Card
Within the Sunshine & Rainbow Designer Series Paper [158126] there are these really subtle print patterns. They instantly reminded me of fabric patterns, and I knew I want to create a quilt like effect. I achieved this by cutting multiple 1 inch squared pieces and stitched along the end. This is a little time consuming however the effect is great.
As there is a lot happening in the background you want to keep the centre point simple. I focused on the Floral Heart Dies [154306] primarily using the heart and the cluster dies. The heart was cut from Blushing Bride Card [131287] with the flowers being a mixture of Flirty Flamingo Card [141421] & So Saffron Card [108611]. I was tempted to use the banner die within the set however settled on keeping the sentiment simple from the Blossom in Bloom Stamp Set [158283]. This was stamped in Bermuda Bay Ink [147096] onto Basic White Card [159228].
