“Sleigh Bells ring – Are you listening?” – I don’t know about you, but that song is going to be in my head all day now. Don’t worry there is a reason for it. This month at the Stamping Society we are bring you Christmas in July. Now whether you are a fan or not it doesn’t matter, it’s never too soon to get your Christmas craft on. For today’s card I will be featuring the Tidings and Trimmings Bundle [155716].

The Tidings & Trimmings Bundle includes the Tidings & Trimmings Stamp Set and the Christmas Trimmings Dies. This bundle is also available in French and German.
Todays Project
I have to be honest with you, I struggled to pick the card to share for the tutorial and the card for this hop. The reason is because I just love them both so much! I mixed the Tidings and Trimmings Bundle [155716] with the Pattern Party Designer Series Paper [155426] to give it a whole different vibe to the bundle. In addition to the colours found in the Designer Series Paper I added a little Smoky Slate Card [131291] which compliments it perfectly.
The biggest interest on this card is in the background. I used the Christmas Trimmings Dies [155561] that are in the bundle to die cut the star shapes. The idea was to leave these empty however by adding the intricate stars its fills it out a bit. This wasn’t enough though; I wanted a little more colour. To do this I took a few from the Designer Series Paper and stamp the solid star image.
