Todays Project
For today’s project I wanted to keep it really simple and only focus on two kind of areas. Whenever I have a character image, I always think it’s important to get the colouring just right. It really doesn’t take any skill but to always remember to follow the light. I used Daffodil Delight Stampin Blends [154883] for the main body of the hen and Real Read Stampin’ Blend [154899] for the balloon.
I thought it would a bit of a cameo to set the image of the hen against a cloudy sky. Using our new Blending Brushes [153611] and Balmy Blue Ink [147105]. I created my own template using the Happy Dies [152708]. Start the blending on the template generally brushing over the side to create the soft effect. It’s a small thing to add to a project but it makes a big difference.
