This sunflower stamp in the stand out of the entire suite. You’ve seen me use it so many times already but you can see why. It is just a beautiful stamp. The today’s project I actually wanted to colour the image in with our amazing Stampin’ Blends rather than watercolour. You really don’t need to be an expert to colour these images either. I refer to this colouring as my lazy method. Just scribble down the base colour then add a little bit of detail in the darker colour and then just scribble over the base colour. It’s really that simple.
With the blight yellow and green tones in the front, I didn’t want any more colours to be featured within the background or the base. With this it doesn’t mean that it has to be plain and bland. By keeping a clean Whisper White background and add a simple matt of Smoky Slate card stock that has been dry embossed with the Dainty Diamond Embossing Folder. Simple, subtle details go a long, long way. You need the Celebrate Sunflower Bundle.
