A little déjà vu today. The Artisan Design Team are back showcasing the amazing products that are in the Coordination Product Release. We are switching it up a little though by swapping in different products. This time round I am using the Ladybug Dies that coordinates with the Little Ladybug Host Cling Stamp Set.
Having dies that coordinate perfectly with your stamp set just makes everything that little bit easier. Don’t get me wrong, I am a big fan of fussy cutting but there is a time and place for it. I would also put out the additional dies that are available in the set. Such die cuts as the flowers, grass mounts and leaves have little embossed details.
With character images I always feel the need to create a scene. I started these project with creating the backgrounds for both projects. For the portrait project I used Balmy Blue, Pacific Point and Night of Navy. The landscape project was created blending Granny Apple Green, Call Me Clover and Shaded Spruce. You can view a video created for another project using this technique here.
Last month I showcased the Special Days Dies and you can view that post by clicking here. With these product you are only limited to your own imagination. You won’t be short for ideas with to blog hops under your belt. You can view the full range of items in the following video:
Blog hop
Your fun is nowhere near over yet. You might be starting here or even have come from Martha Groger (weren’t her projects beautiful?). Either way to carry on the hop you will want to head over to the darling Narelle Farrugia. Make sure you let them know how fabulous their projects are!

Great job on those little critters Martin! You made them trendy.
Love the way you skipped in a background technique in your cards.

Love these, Martin. I’m a big fan of this type of background and love to use it myself, so enjoy seeing it in action. I think the wide borders you’ve used really enhance the card by narrowing our focus in on the main event. Great design!
