Thank you – Stampin’ Up! Love What You Do Stamp Set

Today’s card was actually inspired by my fellow TGCDT Member Jason Loucks. Here posted the project here, which reminded me how much I adore the Love What You Do Stamp Set. This stamp set was came in my second order with Stampin’ Up as a demonstrator and even if I say so myself I’ve made some amazing cards with it. Jason’s card is simple in design but effective and that’s what I wanted to incorporate with mine. 

Taking a sheet of Thick Whisper White Card Stock and cutting at 10.5cm, flip the card stock around score at 14.8cm. This creates the a standard C6 size card. This is my go to with any card base, especially for simpler card designs. I stamped the image in Memento Ink as I’ll be colouring the flower in later with Stampin Blends. I wanted to add a little more detail to this card, if you follow me on social media you would have seen that I’ve dabbled with mixing stamps with tattoo like designs. Apart of these is the dot effects that I’ve been including in the designs. By using the circle dies I was able to design create the circles. 

As for mentioned I wanted to use blends for today’s card by particularly the Rococo Rose Blends. I adore the amazing In Colours 2019-2021, they are adorable and just so on trend. I’m currently planning a few things at this time and can’t wait to incorporate these a little more. 

The plan for the rest of the week is simple. Im going to work which is a little sad but needs must. Don’t worry though I’m also busy playing with some amazing new products from the Autumn/Winter Catalogue that is around the corner. You’ll see one of the projects this Sunday!
