So today actually marks the beginning of some annual leave and my little holiday to Wales! I hope you are all excited for me but I don’t worry, you’ll still be able to contact me via the normal means of contact. I won’t let you miss out on getting your handles on these incredible Stampin’ Up! products.
We are back today with the Stamping Society Blog Hop! I’m back with my lovely ladies, now you might notice something a little different. Unfortunately due to personal commitments the amazing Jenny Hall has left the team, I know myself and the others wish her well in the future. With sadness does come a little joy when the truly talented Kelly Acheson. It’s been such an exciting time working towards this months PDF tutorials.
If you hadn’t already noticed this months Video Tutorials are based my FAVOURITE stamp set; Tea Together. Now I know full well you will all be screaming at me for not taking the opportunity to use the tea pot and cup and I am so so sorry for not doing it but these roses are everything! I really think that these flowers in the stamp set and easily overlooked because of the larger stamps available.
For me I wanted to really home in on the brilliant Markers that Stampin’ Up! offers. My favourite is the Stampin Blends but I showcase the Stampin’ Write Markers in the PDF Tutorial. So I don’t want to promote another company but who else looks at other products and buy them because nothing you have works the same? Well I saw these chameleon markers and just wouldn’t accept that the blend would work the same. I was right! They work perfectly.
By taking the colour lifter Stampin’ Blend and a colour of your choice you can add the colour to the lifter by touching the nibs. Once you start colouring the colour will fade softly into nothing. This result is completely different to normal blending. If this video doesn’t get you wanting to purchase the tutorial I don’t know what will.

I for one am NOT mad because you didn't use the teapot or cup. I think we all often overlook our smaller stamps instead of our larger ones. I want to be able to decorate with my smaller stamps a well. So, for me, Thank YOU! You allowed the flowers and your greeting to be your card front. I love it. Also using Basic Black instead of Whisper White was an eye opener. I just don't think to use black with my flowers. So, you've educated me today!
