Hello crafty friends!
Today I’m sharing a soft and elegant thank you card created with the Daisy Frame Bundle from the new Every Happiness release by Simon Says Stamp.
The beautiful illustrated daisies immediately caught my attention, and I love how easily the floral frame can be adapted to suit different card sizes and designs. For this card, I separated the arrangement across the top and bottom of a slimline-style panel, leaving plenty of space for that large statement sentiment in the centre.
The gentle green background, warm yellow flowers and ombré pink sentiment create a fresh colour combination that feels perfect for sending a heartfelt thank you.
Why You’ll Love the Daisy Frame Bundle
The Daisy Frame Bundle gives you everything needed to create beautifully coordinated floral designs. The delicate daisies and trailing foliage can be used as a complete frame, divided into smaller arrangements or layered together to create your own floral compositions.
The coordinating dies make cutting out the detailed imagery much easier, while also allowing you to add dimension with foam tape. Although I have used the bundle for a thank you card, the design would work wonderfully for birthdays, friendship cards, thinking-of-you projects and many other occasions.
It is one of those versatile floral sets that can look completely different depending on the colours, layout and sentiment you choose.
Card Inspiration: Truly Grateful Daisy Frame Card

For this project, I wanted the florals to frame the sentiment without completely surrounding it. Splitting the floral imagery between the top and bottom of the panel helped create a balanced composition while keeping the large “Thanks” sentiment as the main focal point.
The soft tone-on-tone background adds interest without competing with the coloured flowers, while the vellum sentiment layer helps separate the wording from the detailed imagery underneath.
Step-by-Step Instructions
- Create a card base from pale green cardstock and cut a smaller panel from a coordinating shade.
- Add a subtle floral pattern across the smaller panel using pale green ink. Keep the colour close to the cardstock shade to create a soft tone-on-tone effect.
- Add white paint or ink splatters across the background panel and allow them to dry completely.
- Stamp the floral images from the Daisy Frame Bundle using a black alcohol-marker-friendly ink.
- Colour the daisies in warm shades of yellow and orange. Use a mixture of green tones for the leaves and add small touches of pink to the tiny flowers.
- Use the coordinating dies to cut out the coloured floral images.
- Position one section of the floral frame towards the top of the background panel and another towards the bottom. Adhere some areas directly to the panel and raise others using foam tape to create additional dimension.
- Die-cut the large “Thanks” sentiment from white cardstock. Add pink and deep raspberry ink across the die-cut to create an ombré finish.
- Cut the coordinating shadow layer from vellum and adhere the coloured sentiment on top. Use small amounts of adhesive behind the lettering so it remains hidden.
- Position the sentiment across the centre of the floral arrangement, raising it with foam tape where required.
- Stamp and heat emboss the smaller “I’m Truly Grateful” sentiment onto kraft cardstock. Trim it into a narrow strip and adhere it across the larger sentiment.
- Finish the card with a loose bow made from natural thread, a scattering of iridescent sequins and a few additional white splatters.
