Hello crafty friends!
Today I’m sharing a soft and elegant floral card that celebrates friendship and the beauty of nature. This project is all about colouring — letting alcohol markers do the heavy lifting while keeping the overall design clean, calm, and timeless. I’ve used the Botanical Elegance: Capture the Colors of Nature Alcohol Marker Coloring Sheets paired with the Sunshine Valley Garden Artist Alcohol Markers Set F to create a gentle spring-inspired card with beautiful depth and dimension.
If you love relaxing colouring sessions and cards that feel thoughtful without being overly complicated, this one’s for you.
Why you’ll love the Botanical Elegance Coloring Sheets
These pre-printed alcohol marker colouring sheets are perfect when you want stunning results without stamping or masking. The line work is beautifully illustrated, making it easy to build depth and softness with your markers.
You’ll love them because:
- The floral designs are elegant and timeless
- The paper is designed specifically for alcohol markers
- There’s no stamping involved — just colour and create
- They’re ideal for quick cards or mindful crafting sessions
Paired with the Sunshine Valley Garden Artist Alcohol Markers Set F, the colours blend effortlessly, giving you smooth transitions and rich saturation without overworking the paper.
Card Inspiration – Botanical Friendship Blooms

For this card, I wanted the florals to feel like they were gently growing up the card front, almost like a garden view captured in a frame. I trimmed the coloured panel slightly smaller than the card base and added subtle dimension by popping it up on foam adhesive.
The sentiment sits across the centre of the design, allowing the florals to remain the star while still grounding the layout. A light splatter of white paint finishes the card with a soft, whimsical touch that adds interest without overwhelming the design.
Step-by-step instructions
- Colour one of the Botanical Elegance floral sheets using alcohol markers from the Sunshine Valley Garden Set F, focusing on smooth blends and soft shading.
- Trim the coloured panel to size and lightly round the corners if desired.
- Mount the panel onto a coordinating card base using foam adhesive for dimension.
- Add a slim sentiment strip across the centre of the card using strong adhesive or foam tape.
- Finish with a light white paint splatter for subtle texture and movement.
