3. Splash some texture: Flick a few drops of black ink or paint onto the white panel for a playful splatter effect. Let dry.
4. Build your scene: Layer the rainbow, sun, clouds, and heart ephemera pieces across the lower half of the card. Use foam pads for some elements to give the layout depth.
