Happy Sunday! I have a little bit of a backlog of projects to share with you all so while I was planning on having a lazy Sunday, I thought why not jump on and start sharing them with you. Today I wanted to share a project I created for Papertrey Ink with their Pro Stamper’s Box: April. This set is a favourite of mine so make sure you check it out.
Todays Project
My favourite piece in the Pro Stamper’s Box: April is the beautiful dies that are featured in the set. I die cut the leaf shapes out of white card before ink blending them in Soft Sea Foam Ink from Stampin’ Up! They are very delicate so make sure you use a grip mat to prevent them getting ruined. The circle die in the background is also from the Pro Stamper’s Box: April but I cut it out of a champagne mirror card. It matches the softness of the card, don’t you think?
I also used the Cover Plate: Cross Stitched Die from Papertrey Ink. This was used to cut the background rectangles, it’s a small detail however it makes a huge difference to the final card. I cut these elements from Petal Pink Card to match the card base. I made this choice due to wanting the elements in the foreground to pop.
