Happy Sunday! You might recall the last card that I shared here using the no line water-cooling technique. If you cannot view it here. Well I created a video tutorial demonstrating the technique, from this I was left with a coloured image. So I turned it into another card. As before it was created with the Dainty Delight Stamp Set [161078].
If you aren’t already a customer of mine and would like to be, you can request a catalogue here.
Dainty Delight Stamp Set

Little flowers equal a big message when you use this Dainty Delight Stamp Set. Surely, they are dainty, but they’ll send a powerful message of hope, thanks, celebration, and more on all your paper crafting projects. Use these beautiful florals on your handmade cards and watch the smiles bloom! The line-art images can be custom coloured using your favourite Stampin’ Up! colouring technique. Also available in French and German.
Todays Project

After recording the original video I had sat down to work out what I could do with the colour image. I started by sketching out my idea in my Sketch Mayhem. You can find out more about the Sketch Mayhem here. Just after starting the design I though why not create a more of a concept creation video than something pre-planned. You can check that out a little lower.

The supplies for the original card and this one, are the same. I wish I had the Deckled Rectangles Dies [159173] as this would have worked perfectly for this project. Nevertheless tiring the edges worked just fine enough.

I love the no-line watercoloring technique. Thank you for the video. It was very helpful. I also created a card with that particular stamp which I am going to post on my Facebook page. I’ll be sure and give you credit for the watercoloring process I learned from you.
Your card is lovely!
This is a lovely card. I also liked the fact that you shared your wish for another product and subsequent improvisation with‘Turing’ the edges of the image. This happens to all of us, and it’s a good teaching moment! I’ll be watching this space for more ideas and product suggestions!
