Creation Station – Stampin’ Up! Thanks A Bunch

Happy New Year! Talk about starting the year with a bang. I am here today with the Creation Station Design Team as we give you a sneak preview of what you could be creating with product you can earn for free. That’s right Sale-A-Bration is just around the corner and there is a lot to be excited for. For example, today I am using the Thanks a Bunch Stamp Set [160816].

Todays Project

The Thanks a Bunch Stamp Set [160816] has a very playful style within its design. This meaning that you wouldn’t necessarily achieve a realistic from stamping the images naturally. I wanted to show you a way in which you can achieve this look. I inked up the carrot image in Pumpkin Pie Ink [147086] before giving the image a light sprit of water with the Stampin’ Spritzers [126185].

The stamped image will have a lot of water on the surface which is why I stamped onto Fluid 100 Watercolor Paper [149612]. If you try this when make sure you stamp the image multiple times to achieve the different gradients of watercolour effect. The background was created in a similar way with Crumb Cake Ink [147116] being smudged onto Clear Block F [118483].
