Happy Friday! I’m really excited to be back today sharing one of the Christmas cards that I had created but not shared. Until now anyway. I know the Kindest Gnomes Bundle [159626] has been super popular this year and I can totally see why! Initially I didn’t think that it would be something I wanted however I adore the dies in the set.
If you aren’t already a customer of mine and would like to be, you can request a catalogue here.
Kindest Gnomes Bundle
This stamp and die set coordinate perfectly so you can make the most out of your gnome-themed cards and crafts. Stamp your gnome friends and precision cut them using the dies. Create a storybook village by layering die cuts and stamps together for a stepped-up design.
Todays Project
This card is all about the dies in the set. If I could give any advice to you on using these or any other dies – Its to add shading. It’s a small detail that you might not think is worth it but it makes all the difference. Here I ink blending the coordinating inks onto the card to round off the edges.
So I had used the Snowfall Puff Paint on this project however it is now sold out. I used this paint to create a scene where our little Gnome was sat out in the snow. If you don’t know how to use it, it’s a matter of applying the liquid to the area needed before heating with your heat tool. All I can say is that it reminds me of popcorn.
