Happy Sunday! I’m so excited for todays post. The Creation Station Design Team are showcasing Specialty Papers. I’m featuring the Cork Specialty Paper [156393] which I ended up loving. Bad salesman pitch here but I was totally surprised, who’d have thought it. I paired the Cork Specialty Paper [156393] with the Blossoms in Bloom Stamp Set [158283], it just a great all rounder for the sentiments.
Stampin’ Up! Blossoms in Bloom Stamp Set
Get a professional watercolour look with the Blossoms in Bloom Stamp Set [158283]. Create depth by stamping the large flower image in the lightest colour of ink. Then stamp the flower centre in a darker colour. Perfect for get well, birthday, or multi-occasion greetings. This stamp set is also available in French and German.

The Cork Specialty Paper [156393] just screamed Boho chic to me, I don’t know about you? This style is all about minimalistic, but the details include having a huge impact. Taking the Layering Circle Dies [151770] I die cut the largest circle in the Cork Specialty Paper [156393] as well as Basic White [159228], Misty Moonlight [153086] & Petal Pink [147009] Card. I cut the two-coloured circles in half before cutting the Basic White [159228] circle.

Evening Evergreen is my favourite colour at the moment, its just so rich and gorgeous. I die cut a fern leaf die from the Forever Flourishing Dies [152714]. This die was a little to big for the circle, so I used my trusted Paper Snips [103579] just to trim it down. Have you noticed this trend of mixing embellishments? I have always been a little tentative in doing it, but I think it works really well for this project. The Subtle Shimmer Sequins [156407] bring in the white elements of the project whereas the Metallic Pearls [146282] bring in the earthly tones from the cork.
