Happy May! Can you below it’s May already? Pure madness if you ask me. This being said, I’m excited as always to share with you the latest Stamping Society Blog Hop. Each month we share a project with you using the same products that we have used in out monthly tutorial. This month we are using featuring our Favourite Flower Bundles. Mine is without a doubt Brushed Blooms Bundle [156231]. It’s just so versatile.
Stampin’ Up! Brushed Blooms Bundle
The Brushed Blooms Stamp Set offers you wonderful creative opportunities: containing stunning roses in bloom and motives with a brushstroke-like design, modern and romantic looks are feasible with just one stamp set. Additionally, sentiments celebrating friendship make yours the perfect card for many occasions. This stamp set is also available in French.
Todays Project
For today’s project I really just wanted the images to speak for themselves. The Brushed Blooms Bundle [156231] offer these painted abstract shapes alongside coordinating dies. I started by stamping the brushstroke background onto the matted layer in Memento Ink [132708]. After this has been complete, I stamped and die cut all the flowers and leaves. I stamped the leaves in Soft Sea Foam Ink [147102] & Pear Pizzazz Ink [147104] to create different layers.
My favourite element of this project is the rippled ribbon just softly accenting the flowers. Now the Wrinkled Seam Binding Ribbon is fabulous. Its white in colour however you can use our Stampin’ Blends to colour the ribbon in. It’s such a simple why to get more for your money with the amazing product.
