It’s beginning to look a lot like Christmas. I am in a little bit of a mad dash to try and share all the Christmas projects that I’ve created however just not had time to share. Today I am sharing some Christmas Crackers that I created to pop some little hand creams in for stocking fillers. They are super cute and easy to make, I have made a template to print or follow here. I used the Playful Alphabet Dies [152706] just to add a little detail.
Playful Alphabet Dies
I adore these dies. They are by far the best item within the Annual 2020-2021 Catalogue, bold statement but it’s true. Stampin’ Up! did good with these ones.
Todays Project
I’m not always a fan of colour but this year we all need some bright pop of colour to cheer us all up. For this reason I created the crackers in an array of colours from the Bright colour family. The crackers are super easy to make and I have since created them in Crumb Cake Card [121685] just so it matches our wrapping paper. So imagine you can have a cracker in any colour you want and to coordinate with anything.
The decoration was just kept really simple in creating a belly band for the cracker. On one of the strips I placed letters from the Playful Alphabet Dies [152706] to create festive words. Just because I choose these words, it doesn’t mean that you can’t mix it up. Why not spell out the persons name or even use some other shapes alongside the Playful Alphabet Dies [152706].
