Hello again. Today I am back with The Gentleman Crafters Design Team where we share with you projects created with the products we love. I do try to mix it up for this blog hop however I’m still drawn to a favourite from the Annual Catalogue. The Happiest of Birthdays Stamp Set is so versatile with it being a text only stamp set. This allows you add any imagery that you would like to best fit the recipient.

This card was inspired by our wonderful new In Colors. My favourite colour is Misty Moonlight, it’s a great blue tone which is perfect for upcoming festive season. Too soon? I’m not even sorry. My favourite thing about Stampin’ Up! is our inks and coordinating card stock. You can view our range of colours here. I used Sponge Daubers to apply the inks into the piece of Whisper White. To create the defined lines of colour I used Post It notes to mask off the areas.

While there isn’t a lot of detail on this card this is a balance between all the elements. This being said all the details are brought together with the sentiment from the Happiest of Birthdays Stamp Set. I heat embossed this in white on Basic Black card stock. By doing this is allows to focus onto the centre and this is helped by the Clear Epoxy Droplets. Which is another favourite product of mine.

Hello, Martin,
this is a very nice card in InColors 2020-2022 that you show today in Inspiration Hop.
Thank you very much for the great inspiration.
Many greetings from Leipzig / Germany.

Great card! I love the simplicity of it!
Beautiful card, Martin! Although I purchased my first EVER Stampin’ Up products last Feb (!), hardly ever stamped before that, I did become a demonstrator by mid March and came to love the mainly text stamp sets – because of the same reasons you have! It would have been nice to SEE how you added the ink to your paper, it’s done so nicely.
Love and THANKS from The Netherlands,
Ineke
