Who is enjoying this 30 Day Card Making Challenge? I’m really enjoying how you all are getting involved. I designed the challenge as something that anyone could join along with whenever. I know that I’m struggling at the moment with the social distancing and feeling isolated but with people joining in being distracted from everything on the news. It makes me feel better and I hope it does for you all too.
Day 6 is all about Christmas, I know some people will be pretending like it is too early but there is no such thing. Some of you might have a little more time on your hands so why not get ahead? That is what this challenge is all about. Create a Christmas card ready for the season ahead! Plus it should add a little joy to your day!
Now I will confess I didn’t make this card for the challenge instead I made it for a blog hop back in December. I got the theme of the blog hop totally wrong and therefore you are seeing the project for the first time today. The card was created using the Perfectly Plaid Stamp Set from the 2019 Autumn/Winter Catalogue. It is still available to purchase today!
If you have followed me for a while you will already know that I love water colouring, while this isn’t water colouring at its finest its still something! I have so many of these cards as they are just so simple to recreate. This being said sticking to Granny Apple Green got a little boring so I switched it for other colours found in the Bright Colour Family!
As always your continued support to my business is appreciated and I hope by offering things like this Card Making Challenge we can get through this together. Please continue to play along and start the challenge whenever you like.
