Today marks the first One Stamp at a Time blog hop of 2020 and in turn my first anniversary with the team. This month’s theme is Purses, Poppies and Paris which when broken down is just anything from the January – June Mini Catalogue. The stamp set that I am featuring is the Positive Thoughts which has some beautiful imagery.
The images themselves look as if they have been pressed between two sheets of paper, just leaving a print behind. Straight of the bat I knew that this stamp set is perfect for clean and simple cards that can be whipped up in a matter of seconds. The Positive Thoughts stamp set just works perfectly with colour and of course I turned to my favourite colour family, the Subtles.
For the box I created a little frame out of Crumb Cake Card using the Stitched So Sweetly Dies. The dies were mentioned in my Top 5 of the January – June Mini Catalogue and are just amazing. Did you know they are available in a bundle alongside the So Sentimental stamp set? You’ll save 10% off the total price.
I created 3 different note cards using the stamps from the set. I could have easily added on another note card featuring the feather stamp but I just though that’s something for you to create. Keeping the design simple really allows the images to speak for themselves and really shows of their beauty.
Now which one is your favourite? I adore the leaf print stamp, the simplistic design has a delicate nature to it. What I love most is coordinating dies will soon be available to this stamp set, that’s enough to get anyone exited!
