Who’s ready to share some love? The Artisan Design Team are today showcasing the From the Heart Suite that is available in the January – June Mini Catalogue. This suite offers everything you need ready for Valentine’s Day however offers so much more for all other occasions. You are only limited by your imagination. Within the ‘From the Heart’ Suite you have featured two colours; Real Red and Flirty Flamingo. These colours are ideal for the romantic season however leaves room for you to introduce other colours to the mix. I incorporated in a little Smoky Slate to sit subtly behind the other two colour. If you are daring enough, you could include a contrasting colour such as Coastal Cabana.
The Heart Punch Pack is such a fun addition to your punch collect. They are design to coordinate with one another as well as designed to punch the images from the stamp set and design series paper. I wanted to share another way of using them by creating the cupids arrow. These could be used for many things however I choose to create a little scrapbook page. I’m still undecided whether to either give this as a gift or use the ribbon to make it into the hanging.
When I create a collection of projects using the same items and themes, I prefer there to be some coherence between them. I created the scrapbook page first and then transferred the layout over into a card. You’ll be able to see the different elements such as the Designer Series Paper and the background.

Your banner on an arrow is such a fun idea! I like the way you’ve used the same layout in both and the addition of the Smoky Slate was greaat – it helped tone down the brightness. Fabulous projects, Martin!
