Birthday Wishes – Stampin’ Up! Varied Vases Stamp Set

So I’m coming at you today feeling super pumped and motivated. Not to write this post because for some reason I always struggle to know what to say. I’m feeling really good because I listened to a talk by my Stamping Society Sister Danielle Bennenk, in this talk she hit the nail on the head about I was feeling. I’ve felt a little self aware and vulnerable and her talk just reminded me it’s okay to just be me!

Today’s card is showcasing some more of the amazing Designer Series Paper (DSP) that’s Is now available. This time I’m using the incredible Mosaic Mood Specialty DSP, it is fabulous. When I was given a pack for free for attending an demonstrator only event, I was a bit like what can I do with this? That quickly changed and I’ve been cutting away for days.

I’ve used the some of the mosaic flowers on a future project but these adorable little butterflies are also available in the same sheet of DSP.  Not one of us are wasteful so of course I created this little extended note card. These note cards have sadly retired and no longer available to purchase but this doesn’t mean you can’t be making them yourself. They measure 6.4 x 11.4 once folded.

The sentiment is from the carry over item Varied Vases which is one of my favourite. This sentiment is easily switched out to make this perfect for any occasion. There are so many stamp sets available that our just sentiments, these are easily overlooked as we get distracted by the wonderful image stamps.

Tomorrow I’m expecting a reliever from the man in brown with some new goodies as well as all the DSP in the catalogue. I’m running a DSP Share with people in the same team as me as a little practice before offering to you love lot.
