Well I do believe last week was the longest week ever, or at least it was for me. While I love the festive period, it also comes with challenges and stress that we face. I know I have fallen victim to running myself down and in turn found myself unwell, I hope you are all staying well and taking time to enjoy this season.
Today’s card is a first for me! Ever since purchasing the Layering Circles Framelits I’ve had the idea of making a scallop card. I’m all sure you’ve seen the technique of making the card however in my own personal taste, I don’t think it’s effective not to have a complete scallop. This is easily sorted with just getting an extre full scallop to place on the top. In the video towards the bottom of the post you will see how I amended the format to allow for the Twine.
The Dandelion Wishes Stamp Set is one of them sets that I simply love and was on my wish list from day one. However while I’ve used it a couple of times I’ve never really made anything I’m overly happy about, today’s card changed that. When I get a little stuck on what do do with a card the best thing to do is play. Get your creative juices flowing by messing around a little bit and most importantly don’t be to harsh on yourself if it doesn’t turn out quite how you expected.

Now with this post I’m saying bye for now while I break up for Christmas and will be back bright eyed and bushy tailed come January 1st. While I am not posting here on my blog I will still be active over at my social media platforms and I will still be placing any order submitted via the normal platforms. So all that if left to say from me is I wish you all a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year!
See you in 2019!
