Hello my lovelies, I hope you are all well.
It’s Tuesday and I’m excited to bring to you today’s card, lord only knows how much ruckus it has courses in my household! Long story short, I asked for Sean’s help and then didn’t do as he suggested causing him to go moody with me for around 3 hours. Don’t worry though, I enjoyed the peace and quiet!
Today’s card is using the Lift Me Up (142896) and the Up & Away Thinlits (142748) and is really not ‘my style’, doesn’t mean I’m not any less in love with it! Using a base of Pacific Point measuring 4×4 and layered with an mat of Whisper White. Using the coordinating ink pad in Pacific Point and the clouds from the stamp set I created this little background. Now the struggle came in deciding that colour to use for the hot air balloons and to accent the card. This is when I asked for help. I must admit it was Sean’s suggestions to used Poppy Parade which I think works well in contrast to the Pacific Point. I stamped these onto separate piece of Whisper White and used the Thinlits to our out the balloons. I used Stamp out multiple cloud just to create some depth.
The sentiment is stamped in Stazon with the scallops being made from the heart Thinlits from the Up and Away Thinlits, this also being in Poppy Parade. This was just popped up onto dimensional’s. So what do you think? Love it or hate it let me know!
