And so we are back to Christmas, how joyous! As you can’t read the sarcasm in my words I’ll make it apparent by pointing it out. Don’t get me wrong I love Christmas and making all the little bits and bobs but I have Sean screaming “The holidays are coming” in such and annoying voice!
At this moment we have loads to flat 2D stars and we are wanting to make them pop up. It’s so easy to do, simply scare from where two points meet to the opposing tip. You’ll need to do this for every point. I didn’t want crisp folds on the stars because I wanted them to have a little bounce. Once these had all been folded I glued them onto a copper flower wreath. I used the Reservable Ribbon to wrap around the top to create the the jock and bow. I have created a video for Instagram you can view here.
When I showed Sean and asked his opinion on this wreath, his response was that it belonged in the downstairs toilet. So I have taken a photo of it down there and while his comments annoyed me to start with it actually works well. I’m lucky he doesn’t read this so he won’t know that I’ve admitted he was right!
