Happy Friday! How are you all? It’s been a while since I last posted. Its very much been a heavy focus on the day job since March. Not what I had planned believe you me. Nevertheless I wanted to spend some time to write this post. I’ve had this card sat waiting to be shared for months so here it is finally!! Its using the Bunch of Balloon Bundle from Concord & 9th.
Todays Project
I focused on the dies for this card opposed to the other elements of the bundle. Now balloons are universal, you can literally use them for anything and do so much with them. Here I created a watercolour effect. You’ve seen me do this style of watercolour before and there is plenty of videos on my YouTube channel demonstrating it.
With the watercolour being in lots of colours tends to make it difficult to choose a base card. Its often easy to go to white however I thought black in this instance works so well! It’s a strong base colour that allows the colours pop.
