Happy Wednesday! I’m doing this post backwards. I’m actually sharing this card to my socials before my blog. I know right – What the heck? Anyway, not the point of todays post. I was so excited to be invited as a guest designer for Papertrey Ink. They have truly spoiled me this month and I have loved working with their product. It’s truly fabulous. I’m showcasing the Big Bloom Die form the Into the Blooms collection.
Papertry Ink are running a giverway over on instragram. Check out my post here for more details:
Todays Project
This is a big old due but you guys, I adore it. The moment I saw it I knew it was a bit of me. On today’s card I used it on a standard UK C6 card and you can see two fit snuggly onto the front. I will be sharing another card with just one on the front and it fills the space nicely. I die cut the shapes out of white card so I could do some ink blending.
When sitting down to make this card I was unsure of what colours to turn to as I have recently shared over projects with similar colour palettes. Well, if it isn’t broke don’t fix it, I say. These colours just pop off the soft green background. I believe the colours work so well because of the subtleness to them. By ink blending the colour onto the card is just makes it all look softer.
