Happy Friday! I know what you are thinking – I’m like a bus at the moment, you wait ages for a post then BAM, you get them two days in a row. Today I am back with the TGCDT sharing what we love. I created the project below using the Heavenly Hollyhocks Stamp Set [158874].
If you aren’t already a customer of mine and would like to be, you can request a catalogue here.
Heavenly Hollyhocks Stamp Set
Celebrate all types of love with the Heavenly Hollyhocks Stamp Set. You get a variety of phrases you can use to tell someone you’re thinking of them, convey get-well wishes, and so much more. Pair them with the pretty floral images. They can also be used for spring and summer cards. These flowers are so beautiful they’re divine!
Todays Project
I am going to be honest here, my creativity went a little cray. It all just went a little over the top and I didn’t know where to stop or start again. If I can bark any wisdom to you is listen to your gut as to when to stop. I created the background with Coastal Cabana Ink [147097] & Daffodil Delight [147094].
This card is all about colour which starts with the background but builds up with each element. I die cut the Christmas Banner Dies [159576] out of Calypso Coral Card [124392]. The stamped elements were stamped onto coloured card before being fussy cutting them out. There is a element of stitching on this project as well just purely because I hadn’t done it in a while.
