It’s Saturday! Which means tomorrow is the last day for me in the challenge. I just don’t know where the last 30 days have gone but I have lived every second of it.
Day 29 was totally inspired by the Ornate Garden Speciality Designer Series Paper. As soon as I received it in my artisan box I stopped and just thought wallpaper. In a good way though, like just take in the amazing colours.
Due to the Designer Series Paper being such a stand out of the Ornate Garden Suite I want to make sure you guys see it at fullest. When you have a busy patterned paper I say you have two options. The being to cover it up as much as possible and use element to accent or use it as the main focal point.
As you can tell I went for the more ‘let the DSP do the work’. That’s fine with me because it’s a massive time saver. Just so it looked like I wasn’t completely conserving my creative energy I added a little interest by in adding an angle to the sentiment.
This week I saw the brand new In Colours. This is so so so exciting and one of them is featured in this suite, it’s called Bumblebee. How cute! It’s also paired with a little Terracotta Tile one of the new In Colours from this year.
