It’s Friday again and we are reaching Day 21! I feel a bit like a count down needs to start for the ending of the 30 Day Card Making Challenge. I don’t know about you but I think I’ll need a nap and drink. Who will be joining me?
Day 21 in the challenge is all about the animal images that you can add to your projects. Now before anyone mentions it – I’m aware a butterfly is an insect. I clearly had a moment! It happens! I ran and grabbed the Over the Moon Stamp Set and can’t wait to see what you guys choose!
The Over the Moon Stamp Set is one that I’ve only ever used one other time. Madness I know because how stinking cute are these cow images! Here’s a not so well kept secret; my partner loves cows. They are his favourite and we around 10 images of cows around the house.
For this card I start with the cow image and worked backwards. This isn’t something that I would normally do but hey sometime you need to mix things up a little. One element that this did help with was picking out the colours to use in the background. See method to the madness.
The Designer Series Paper used in the background are from two different packs. I combined sheets from the Best Dressed DSP as well as the Peaceful Poppies. It’s amazing how any products just coordinate perfectly!
