It’s been a busy few days for me with work and my Stampin’ Up business so I’m enjoying some time just sitting back to write today’s post. While I sometimes struggle to think of interesting to write it’s nice to just sit down, reflect on the project and my coming plans.
It’s a coincidence that this post is going out live today two weeks after the release of the Autumn/Winter Catalogue because this was going to be Catalogue card until I switched it out at the last second. I’m not sure why I did swap but I’m happy I did. This being said I still adore this card with all the colours and patterns.
This was the first card I created with the Holly Jolly Stamp Set, you all know I adore this set and was so excited to get my inky mits on it. On this card I’m only using the four trees but I’ve pretty much used every stamp set in this set now. For me that’s how I know a stamp set is worth the value. The sentiment is also from another one of my favourite set from the Autumn/Winter Catalogue, the Itty Bitty Christmas Stamp Set. It’s just perfect for every project and I know you’ll love it too!
Now I have a confession, I had a little meltdown on today’s video and I was going to completely record the video however I’m human and I want you to see that too. I get things wrong and it doesn’t always go right and this card was just one of them days. I apologise but I hope you see why I choose to keep this video.
This weekend is making week and while I had a project planned for Sunday I’ve changed my mind and need to record and make one this Saturday. Pray for me!
