Card Inspiration – Textured Easter Bunny Garden Card

For this design, I wanted the embossing folder to do the heavy lifting, creating a soft, textured backdrop that sets the tone for the whole card. The florals, created using dies, are layered over the top to bring in colour and dimension, while the sweet bunny images tie everything together for a charming Easter finish.
- Start with a panel of soft pink cardstock and run it through your die cutting machine using the Little Bunnies Embossing Folder.
- Lightly enhance the embossed texture if desired using a soft ink blending technique or by gently highlighting the raised areas.
- Adhere the embossed panel onto a coordinating card base using foam adhesive for added depth.
- Die cut a selection of flowers and leaves using the Garden Wreath Add-Ons Etched Dies from coloured cardstock.
- Arrange and adhere the florals across the background, spacing them out to complement the embossed design.
- Add the bunny elements toward the centre of the card, using foam adhesive to lift them slightly.
- Stamp or heat emboss the “Happy Easter” sentiment across the middle of the card.
- Finish with a light splatter of white paint for added texture and interest.
