Hello crafty friends!
Welcome to Day 26 of the challenge — today we’re heading deep into the forest for a cosy, nature-inspired theme: Woodland Wonderland. This prompt is all about celebrating those rustic winter vibes by working with kraft cardstock and neutral tones. Think soft browns, woodland greens, warm greys, and that snowy white contrast that makes everything feel magical.

Daily Challenge

For today’s brief, lean into all things earthy and organic. Kraft cardstock is your base hero here — whether you stamp on it, die-cut it, tear it, or layer it. Pair it with neutrals to create scenes that feel warm, homely, and a little bit whimsical.
- Here are a few ideas to spark your imagination:
- Use simple line-art stamping on kraft for a soft, rustic aesthetic
- Mix neutrals with a pop of red or green for a woodland Christmas twist
- Add white gel pen highlights for faux snow and frosty details
- Ink-blend subtle backgrounds to keep the palette muted and natural
Today’s Project

For my Woodland Wonderland card, I reached for the Baby Fawn Stamp Set from Simon Says Stamp — and honestly, these little guys just melt my heart every time. I coloured the sweet woodland scene using my favourite OLO markers, keeping the tones warm and neutral with gentle blends to keep everything soft and storybook-like.
I created a snowy backdrop with subtle ink-blending and added heat-embossed snowflakes overhead for that perfect winter sparkle. A simple sentiment finishes the design, letting the illustration shine.
It’s cute, it’s cosy, and it fits today’s woodland theme perfectly.
