Hello crafty friends!
Welcome to Day 21 of the challenge! Today’s prompt is Snowglobe Dreams — a magical little theme inviting you to frame a mini winter wonderland inside a circle or shaker. There’s something so nostalgic about snowglobes… the tiny scenes, the sparkle, that little swirl of snow when you give it a shake. Pure Christmas joy in a bubble.

Daily Challenge

For today’s prompt, it’s all about capturing a cosy winter scene in a contained space — a globe, a circle, a shaker, or even a window-style frame. This structure brings instant storytelling to a card, making even simple elements feel magical. A few ways you can explore Snowglobe Dreams:
- Use a die-cut circle or dome frame to instantly mimic a snowglobe silhouette.
- Layer a tree, woodland animal, or winter house to create your mini scene.
- Add sparkle using sequins, glitter cardstock, or snow paste.
- Try a true shaker for that classic “swish” of falling snow.
- Use patterned paper as your backdrop for a soft, whimsical feel.
Today’s Project

For my card today, I went soft, wintery, and storybook-sweet. The focal point is a delicate snowglobe featuring a tiny deer tucked in among snowy fir trees, all set against a star-scattered sky. The surrounding florals — poinsettias, greenery, and little pinecones — frame the globe beautifully and add that festive botanical touch.
The background patterned paper keeps everything cohesive while still allowing the globe to shine. A small sentiment stack finishes the card without overpowering the scene. It’s whimsical, layered, and full of gentle winter magic — exactly what today’s prompt is all about.
